Went down on my motorcycle after avoiding a deer at 2:30 am, dispatcher and drivers offered to drive me to an ER after getting the bike to my house. Fast and friendly service, guys that went out of their way to make sure I was ok. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area.

Can’t say enough about our new best friend Darla! Hit a deer Saturday night and Vernell’s came and picked up our wrecked car. When we reached out early Sunday morning to inquire about retrieving important keys from the vehicle in the impound lot, we were so pleasantly surprised by the grace and selflessness of this lovely lady.
