Biggest challenge of the job: Keeping up with all the new federal and state laws and regulations. A lot more goes into HR than most people realize. It’s not just dealing with employees, it’s so much more.

What I like most about my job: I like meeting all the people that come through from all over the U.S., as well as other countries. I enjoy talking with them and learning about their areas and telling them about southern Illinois.
