Biggest changes during your career: When I first started at Vernell’s, it was a much smaller operation. We just had three bays, a small parts department. It was a pretty big change when we expanded the building, adding bays, offices and doubling the size of the parts department. We also expanded our inventory, carrying more styles and options.

Most rewarding part of the job: I help get somebody home every day.
