Biggest challenge on a call: I once had a call to work on a fuel line behind a CAT engine. There’s not a lot of room in there. It was three hours on the side of the interstate during the summer.

Most rewarding experience on the job: Helping an Illinois State Police trooper. He had parked on the shoulder of the road, but the shoulder gave way and the car tipped. It had to be winched out.
